Shannan Furlow IT Program Manager, Georgia Public Library Service
Shannan Furlow has been the IT Program Manager at Georgia Public Library Service (GPLS) for three and a half years. She currently manages the Library Technology (Lib Tech) Fund program, a state bond funded grant for technology equipment and infrastructure, and the Library Initiatives for Funding Technology (LIFT) Grants program, a service to assist library staff with finding additional funding for technology. The goal of her programs is to get the latest, innovative technology in public libraries to help narrow the digital divide in their communities.
