Dr. K.T. Vaughan, MSLS, EdD, is the Higginbotham University Librarian at Washington & Lee University. Before moving into library administration, she was a science and health sciences liaison librarian with a background in library instruction, outreach, and collection management. K.T. is currently focused on building inclusive and equitable library environments for people with disabilities, scholarly and digital communication in resource-constrained contexts, and the career advancement and professionalism of library staff and faculty.
