DESCRIPTION
LibKey is a next-generation linking technology which aims to connect users easily to content wherever they start their research journey. The LibKey Suite has seen significant technical advancements in this last year and this presentation is aimed at introducing libraries to LibKey as well as updating libraries currently utilizing LibKey to the new features available and the roadmap ahead. The presentation will focus both on high-level concepts as well as in-the-weeds technical details about how LibKey works and the benefits libraries can expect to see in improved user experience, time savings and minimization of unnecessary ILL requests.
